A few of the tasks and items involved in this role on our team include:
- Work with OEM's for cross promotional pieces and Dealer engagement.
- Manage Industry Association Memberships: including Articles for Newsletters, Presentations, Technical Training Opportunities.
- Trade Show Coordination - (12 Shows plus regional events)
- Price List Management. Updates to Dealers and Annual Release.
- Handle incoming internet sales requests and funnel to appropriate Sales Representative.
- Develop Cut Sheets and update as needed.
- Create and oversee Social Media Posts.
- Manage and create Video Demonstration Content.
- Oversee and distribute Service Bulletins and Training Videos as needed with Technical Support Dept.
- Coordinate with Customer/Vendor Marketing Departments regarding advertisements and bulletins for their stores and various newsletters.
- Write and distribute Quarterly Newsletter for Dealers.
- Assist with creating Promotional Programs and Specials.
- Source and choose our Giveaways.
- File and log Product Registrations.
- Fill in for Office Manager/Phones and Customer Service when needed.
- Manage Product Catalog including item updates and printing.
- Oversee Open House and Training Events with Customers and OEM's at our Training Center.
- Coordinate Customer and Vendor Visits and Tours.
Qualifications
HS Degree required. Collegiate experience helpful. Basic understanding of Social Media posting, content and platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and various media (print, video) editing tools to generate collateral very useful.
